Job Overview

The Fundraising Manager is responsible for leading the fundraising team, developing and implementing strategies to meet fundraising goals, and managing relationships with donors and non-profit clients. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills to drive sustainable growth and social impact for the causes we support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the fundraising department, including junior and senior fundraising executives.
• Define and communicate monthly fundraising goals, KPIs, and targets to the team.
• Manage a team of 5–8 members and ensure consistent performance and productivity.
• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet or exceed monthly donation targets.
• Oversee the departmental calendar, including donor campaigns, cause promotions, and strategic events.
• Design strategic roadmaps to meet organizational fundraising and impact goals.
• Monitor donor trends, fundraising performance, and identify new opportunities for donor acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with the analytics team to convert data insights into actionable fundraising strategies.
• Train and upskill fundraising team members in communication, pitching, and donor engagement techniques.
• Report monthly performance including fundraising revenue, donor metrics, and budget analysis.
• Report directly to the Country Head.
• Ensure high accountability and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Act as a role model, promoting a positive and purpose-driven work environment.
• Build and manage donor relationships to ensure continued support and potential upgrades.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of the fundraising team and track progress against targets.
