CIS Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an ERP Functional Consultant to maintain customer contact during implementations and provide ongoing support. You will collaborate with the Project Manager to keep projects on time and within scope, and help implement new ERP initiatives nationwide.

The role requires accounting background, ERP system proficiency, and strong communication and training skills to train customer teams and ensure successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• Accounting background and ability to understand systems and processes.
• Quick learning capabilities for ERP systems.
• Proven experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or in a similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contact with customers during implementation and support.
• Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely, scoped projects.
• Implement new systems initiatives and provide day-to-day operational ERP support across the country.
• Train customer teams on ERP processes and reporting needs.
• Identify essential go-live requirements and communicate them to the customer.
• Provide ongoing post go-live support and issue resolution.

Role

The primary role of the Functional Consultant is to maintain contact with customers during implementation and support, as well as keep the project on time and within scope. The FC will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the success of the implementation. The FC is also responsible for the implementation of new systems initiatives and day-to-day operational support of the ERP systems across the country.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Accounting background with the ability to understand systems and processes in order to train customer teams.
• Quick learning capabilities for the ERP system.
• Understand essential reporting needs.
• Determine essential go-live needs and communicate these to the customer on an ongoing basis.
• Highlight problem areas that need urgent attention in order to remain on tight go-live dates.
• Continue to be a point of support and training for the customer after go-live on the new ERP system.

Working Conditions

• Travel may be required for client meetings and go-live support.
