Job summary

Work standard is seeking a caring, responsible babysitter for a full-time role in Faisalabad, Pakistan. You will provide nurturing care for children, supervise play, prepare meals, and help with homework while parents are at work.

The position is 40 hours per week, typically 8 AM to 5 PM, with a competitive salary of $1,700 per month and accommodation. Candidates should have a high school diploma, prior babysitting experience, good communication, and CPR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a babysitter or nanny preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Able to provide references from previous employers.
• Non-smoker with no criminal record.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, stimulating environment for the children.
• Plan age-appropriate activities to promote development.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks for the children.
• Assist with homework and educational activities.
• Ensure routines, including naps and bedtime, are followed.
• Maintain open communication with parents about the child’s well-being.
• Perform light housekeeping related to the children’s care.
