You will develop scalable front-end components and back-end services, deploy with Docker and AWS, and focus on code quality, security, and documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience building full-stack apps with React and Node.js.
• Proficiency in TypeScript for front-end and back-end development.
• Experience designing REST APIs and working with databases (SQL/NoSQL).

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and motivated Full Stack Developer to join as a core member of our growing team. Along with experience and technical skills, you will bring an entrepreneurial and curious mindset to help contribute towards the company's goals and objectives.

As a full stack developer, you will have practical and theoretical knowledge of working with React, Node.js, and TypeScript. The role focuses on building internal CRM tools, operational portals, admin dashboards, and systems that support research, data, and fieldwork teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable and secure applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Develop clean, modular front-end components in React
• Build backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express
• Integrate third-party services such as email, SMS, authentication, or payment systems
• Develop custom CRM features including lead management, activity tracking, permissions, and dashboards
• Build internal portals and admin panels aligned with team workflows
• Deploy and maintain applications using Git, Docker, and AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda)
• Maintain code quality, documentation, and security standards

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Strong skills in React and Node.js
• Proficiency in TypeScript for both front-end and back-end
• Experience with REST APIs and backend architecture
• Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Basic knowledge of AWS services
