Job Overview

Vision Tact is looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to join our core technology and engineering team. This role will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing high-performance web applications that power our AI, automation, and GIS platforms. The candidate will collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, designers, and business teams to turn complex problems into elegant, scalable digital solutions.

You’ll be a key player in developing both frontend user interfaces and backend systems that integrate data pipelines, APIs, and automation logic — delivering exceptional digital experiences across Vision Tact’s platforms and client projects.

This position requires a balance of creative problem-solving, robust coding practices, and a deep understanding of modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, interactive, and scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express, and related frameworks.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and design prototypes into functional web interfaces.

• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with AI and automation backends.

• Build and manage secure, efficient, and reusable codebases for multiple web environments.

• Implement authentication, data storage, and real-time features using tools such as Firebase, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

• Ensure web applications meet high standards for performance, security, and cross-platform compatibility.

• Work closely with the AI & Automation teams to integrate machine learning models, dashboards, and data visualization components.

• Manage deployment pipelines (CI/CD) and version control using Git, GitHub, or GitLab.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance legacy code and infrastructure when needed.

• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical documentation.

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js / Next.js.

• Backend experience in Node.js, Express, or Python-based APIs (FastAPI, Flask).

• Familiarity with Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Firebase, or similar.

• Proficiency in API development and integration, including third-party and internal APIs.

• Understanding of containerization and deployment tools (Docker, AWS, Azure, or Vercel).

• Experience with UI frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI).

• Solid understanding of software architecture, MVC, REST, and microservices.

• Exposure to AI or data visualization integration is a strong plus.

• Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with designers and AI specialists.
