This freelance, remote-friendly role guides prospective students through an informed and organized admissions journey. This freelance opportunity is suited to a self-directed counsellor who can manage multiple student cases and work reliably in a remote-friendly arrangement. Compensation is based on agreed arrangements and workload.

Responsibilities

• Understand students' academic backgrounds, goals, preferred destinations, and budgets, then recommend suitable study pathways and institutions.
• Explain admission requirements, application timelines, scholarship possibilities, and relevant documentation clearly and accurately.
• Assist students with application preparation and follow up on outstanding documents and important milestones.
• Provide general guidance on visa documentation and pre-departure preparation, referring complex or regulated matters to an appropriate specialist.
• Maintain organized, confidential student records and communicate progress consistently.
• Build trusted relationships with prospective students and families while representing Emigraxpert Consultant professionally.
• Manage enquiries, provide attentive one-to-one guidance, and coordinate effectively with the consultancy team.
