Qualifications

• Prior university teaching, research publications, or food industrial quality management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Food Safety and Technology; design and supervise hands-on food microbiology and analytical chemistry laboratories; guide postgraduate thesis research; submit research grant proposals to funding agencies; enforce laboratory safety and chemical hygiene; contribute to departmental accreditation and curriculum design.
