Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing field sales in Punjab Region preferably in an FMCG/FMCH environment.
• Ability to lead in times of high pressure.
• Strong understanding of Trade Plans and NPDs.
• Quick Decision Making to handle customer queries.
• Strong administrative controls to manage distributor infrastructure.
• Strong Analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Work along Vision KPI Measures.
• Deliver Secondary Sales and Distribution targets.
• Lead Morning and Evening Meetings.
• Ensure Reckitt coverage on all relevant outlets.
• Track KPI performances daily.
• Coach on Objection Handling and Steps of Call.
• Launch and monitor NPDs in assigned territory.
• Disburse Channel Plans Incentives timely.
