Job summary

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field along with over 2 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include reviewing project documentation, performing quantity take-offs, and collaborating with project teams. Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a construction estimator.
• Strong understanding of construction materials and methods, preferably related to fencing projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Assist in quantity take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Support in preparing bid proposals, budgets, and tender documents.
