Job summary

ForceShield, Inc. in Faisalabad is seeking an experienced Fitter to maintain and repair industrial machinery in our facility. You will conduct inspections, replace faulty parts, and perform preventative maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, with at least 3 years in a similar role, and can read technical drawings and schematics. Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Fitter in an industrial setting.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems incl. hydraulics & pneumatics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals & schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

We are in need of an experienced Fitter to join our team in Faisalabad As a Fitter you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of industrial machinery in our facility Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our production processes run smoothly and efficiently

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting regular inspections of machinery to identify any potential issues
• Repairing and replacing faulty parts as needed
• Performing preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of machinery
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical problems
• Collaborating with other technicians and engineers to develop solutions for complex issues
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations while working on machinery

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Fitter or similar role in an industrial setting
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and components including hydraulics pneumatics bearings gears etc
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings manuals and schematics
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as required

Salary 1700$ per month negotiable based on experience
