This position carries 2 Posts allocated on Local (Sindh) quota and represents an essential operational support role dedicated to maintaining uninterrupted logistics, emergency safety, and installation maintenance.

The day-to-day responsibilities for FIREMAN (BPS-02) include direct hands-on task execution, adherence to military cantonment security SOPs, routine inspection of equipment and machinery, prompt execution of assigned operational directives, and maintaining high standards of reliability, vigilance, and physical readiness in defence installations.

The candidate selection pathway entails strict physical and credential scrutiny, followed by a hands-on Practical Trade / Skill Test evaluating technical craftsmanship and workbench proficiency, culminating in an oral viva voce examination conducted by the Departmental Selection Committee.
