Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience as a Finisher in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of finishing techniques and tools such as sanders, buffers, and paint sprayers.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Capable of standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities
