We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives aimed at streamlining financial processes, consolidating ERP systems, and ensuring both financial and legal compliance across multiple acquired entities. This role requires a unique combination of finance expertise, legal consolidation experience, and project management skills to deliver large-scale transformation projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects, including ERP consolidation, process standardization, and legal entity consolidation.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and IT teams to design and implement scalable financial and compliance frameworks.
  • Ensure alignment with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements during legal and financial consolidation.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
