Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial analysis, interpret complex data, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and manage comprehensive budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and financial objectives.
• Build and maintain robust financial models to support various business scenarios, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to established accounting principles and standards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist in internal and external audit processes, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Identify and assess financial risks, developing and implementing strategies to mitigate them effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and ensure effective communication of financial performance.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) - Part Qualified, ACCA Qualification, or International Certified Management Accountant (ICMA).
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Modeling.
• Proficiency in Accounting Principles and Auditing procedures.
• Knowledge of Risk Management principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with accounting software such as SAP or QuickBooks.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Familiarity with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
