Job summary

A prominent financial services provider in Lahore is seeking an experienced financial analyst to manage project budgets, ensure proper cash flow, and support compliance requirements. The ideal candidate should possess ACCA/ACMA/CA with 5-8 years of experience in financial analysis and a strong understanding of procurement processes and reporting mechanisms.

Qualifications

• 5 – 8 years of experience in financial analysis or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Monthly financial analysis to identify areas needing management attention.
• Preparation and review of project budgets and forecasts.
• Support Head Finance in compliance and procurement process.
• Review project trial for adjustments including advances and deposits.
• Manage project working capital requirements.
• Coordinate with banks for LCs, LGs, and financing.
• Communicate with clients to ensure timely cash inflow.
• Establish reporting mechanisms for decision making.
• Prepare Monthly Performance Reports.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly financial analysis to identify & highlight areas to that require immediate management attention.
• Preparation and review project budget, project’s latest forecast.
• Support Head Finance in ensuring the application of budgetary, internal controls compliance and documentary requirements over the procurement process.
• Review of project trial to identify areas requiring adjustment including advances, GR/IR, security deposits etc.
• To manage working capital requirement of project.
• Coordination with Banks for day to days task. i.e LCs, LGs, financing etc.
• Communicate with clients to ensure timely inflows as per terms of the contract so as to maintain positive cash flow of the project.
• Establishing robust & relevant reporting mechanism for timely & accurate decision making.
• Timely preparation of Monthly Performance Report at Project Level.
