Job summary

Milele Prime in Lahore is seeking a Finance Associate (Accounting and Reconciliation) to join our finance team. Based in Lahore, you will handle daily reconciliations and ledger maintenance.

You will reconcile MT5, CRM and payment processors, investigate discrepancies with precise logs and dates, and support month-end close.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, ACCA/CA/CIMA preferred, and have at least two years in reconciliation with strong Excel and double-entry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or Commerce.
• ACCA/CA/CIMA preferred (part or full).
• Minimum 2 years in accounting or reconciliation, ideally in a broker/fintech/bank/exchange.
• Advanced Excel and double-entry, accrual and cash basis accounting.

Responsibilities

• Run daily three-way reconciliation between MT5, the CRM and payment processors.
• Reconcile A Book and B Book activity and client money every day.
• Investigate every break and report it with exact logins, dates and amounts.
• Maintain the general ledger, accrue IB rebates and run the month end close.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce. ACCA, CA or CIMA (part or full) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in accounting or reconciliation, ideally at a broker, fintech, payment processor, bank or exchange.
• Advanced Excel and a strong grasp of double entry, accrual and cash basis accounting.
• Understanding of client money and how broker revenue is earned.
