Job summary

Solon Capital Partners in Lahore seeks an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to lead the local finance and accounting team while coordinating with global colleagues. The role focuses on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management and compliance to support management, investors and boards.

The successful candidate will develop financial models, strengthen internal controls, and drive timely, accurate reporting across projects and entities in multiple locations.

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA/CPA/CIMA/MBA or equivalent qualification
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in financial management, FP&A, management reporting, corporate finance
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow modelling
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience with internal controls, statutory reporting and audits
• Experience across multiple projects, entities or cross-border teams
• Experience using accounting, budgeting or reporting systems
• Knowledge of climate finance or project finance would be advantageous
• French-language capability would be advantageous

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual budgeting across country, project and functional teams
• Prepare periodic forecasts and long-term financial plans
• Analyze variances and explain financial performance
• Monitor cash balances, funding requirements and expenditures
• Coordinate funding drawdowns and project expenditures
• Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs
• Ensure accurate financial reporting to investors and boards
• Maintain financial policies, internal controls and compliance
• Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance and audits
