Job summary

AKU invites applications for a field data collection role within the Outreach and Research Programme of the Department of Paediatrics and Child Health. Based across Pakistan, you will independently conduct interviews, write detailed notes, and supervise data collection in communities to support child health research.

Qualifications

• Intermediate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in managing research field sites.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work in the communities.

Responsibilities

• Independently conduct interviews and write up detailed notes on interviews and observation visits.
• Manage field work process to ensure effective use of time.
• Visit different households to ensure successful data collection and QC.
• Liaise with admin regarding logistics for field work.
• Develop and conduct regular trainings.
• Raise wider community awareness on child health issues based on project guidelines.
• Follow field SOPs and guidelines.
