Job summary

Nenow in Lahore is hiring a Field Sales Executive to visit local markets, pitch solutions, and onboard merchants to our ecommerce platform. Freshers are welcome, with a focus on building a strong sales pipeline and meeting monthly targets.

The role offers a PKR 45,000–55,000 base salary plus a 10% commission, on-site field and office coordination, and training. Probation is 3 months, with performance-based confirmation.

Responsibilities

• Visit shops and markets to pitch Nenow.
• Explain Nenow's features, services, and benefits to merchants.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Onboard merchants and assist during signup.
• Build relationships with shop owners and businesses.
• Provide daily updates on visits, leads, conversions, and feedback.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Achieve and report monthly sales targets.
• Represent Nenow professionally during field visits.
