Job summary

CBRE Field Projects & Maintenance engineers manage regional maintenance delivery with a strong HSSE focus. The role ensures safe, compliant operations across service stations and interfaces with suppliers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates will have engineering training, 2–3 years’ facilities maintenance experience, and proficiency in English and local language. The job requires coordinating asset data updates in Maximo/FMP and proactive problem solving within a regional scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with relevant discipline.
• 2–3 years of facilities maintenance experience.
• Strong HSSE management experience.
• Fluent English and local language communications.

Responsibilities

• Be focal point for all HSSE requirements.
• Issue and record PTW system and ensure supplier qualification.
• Promote safe work practices and culture for HSSE activities.
• Conduct asset condition surveys of service stations.
• Prepare for bi-weekly and monthly meetings to discuss operations.
• Prepare, audit and validate Costed BOQ for CMEP activities and validate market rates.
• Verify invoices for work at service stations to validate costs.
• Assess repair or replacement needs and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Quality checks of completed maintenance and repairs.
• Update asset data in Maximo/FMP with PSC team.
• Respond to emergencies and make-safe situations.
• Liaise with PMC and ROM to ensure project delivery with minimal disruption.
• Develop supplier base and review performance with COE.
