Job description

Responsibilities

• Closely liaise and coordinate with principals to achieve sales and coverage objectives.
• Prepare sales targets/objectives for the supervisors and sales team and, upon approval, implement them as a plan of action for timely achievement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team and assist in planning workflow in the office and field, preparing sales estimation, stock analysis and stock distribution.
• Identify variances from the sales targets and take corrective measures.

Regular market visits to obtain feedback, and ensure that the sales team regularly visits the market with the following purposes:
