Job summary

Ideas is seeking a skilled video editor in Karachi to craft high-quality social media videos, campaigns, and AI-generated content. You will work across fashion visuals, ensuring brand consistency and leveraging AI tools to produce engaging outputs.

This role requires 2–3 years in video editing/motion graphics, strong After Effects and Premiere Pro skills, and a robust portfolio. Collaboration with creative crews and tight deadlines are common.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion industry is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in video editing/post-production/motion graphics.
• Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with AI video-generation tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Grok Imagine, Seedance.
• Strong understanding of social media video formats, trends, pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
• Good understanding of color correction, sound design, motion graphics and post-production workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in visual branding.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• A strong creative portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion graphics, social media content, or AI-generated video work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality social media videos, reels, campaign films, and digital advertisements.
• Create motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
• Manage end-to-end post-production, including video editing, color correction, sound design, and final exports.
• Generate AI-based video content using tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Grok Imagine, Seedance, and similar AI platforms.
• Transform static campaign visuals, product images, and fashion imagery into engaging AI-generated video content.
• Maintain consistency in products, models, garments, branding, and overall visual identity across AI-generated shots.
• Collaborate closely with creative and social media teams to translate campaign concepts into compelling video executions.
• Adapt master content into multiple formats, including 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, and other platform-specific dimensions.
• Develop premium product shots, fashion-film sequences, transitions, and dynamic camera movements using AI and traditional editing techniques.
• Research emerging video editing techniques, AI video-generation tools, and social media content trends.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, creativity, and timely delivery.
