Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach English using student-centered teaching strategies.
• Collaborate with faculty to develop course outlines, schemes of work, lesson plans, and classroom materials.
• Participate in professional development activities including observing colleagues' lessons and providing constructive feedback.
• Contribute to administrative responsibilities and participate in faculty committees, academic support activities, and general faculty meetings.
• Support professional outreach activities, including conferences, professional events, guest speaker sessions, consultation projects, and educational review panels.
• Conduct scholarly research in teacher and school education and contribute to academic publications, conferences, and workshops.
• Serve on campus-wide committees and provide guidance to student organizations.
• Supervise and mentor students during teaching practice, including school-based lesson observations and feedback.
• Participate in institutional events such as conferences, commencement ceremonies, and other activities during the working week.
