Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• General knowledge of HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to perform skilled maintenance tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Replaces HVAC filters, repairs and maintains coils, fans and motors; oils motors and pumps; checks belts and pulleys.
• Installs, repairs, maintains and replaces plumbing fixtures including fountains, faucets, toilets and urinals.
• Repairs and replaces electrical components; takes water and oil readings; uses basic hand tools.
• Performs basic grounds keeping and directs traffic on school grounds.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Provides courier services and delivers supplies and mail between facilities.
