Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in facade engineering or building construction.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software programs.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to facades.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and contractors to develop facade designs that meet the project requirements.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and building codes.
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications and cost estimates for facade construction projects.
• Review material samples and make recommendations for the best materials to use for a specific project.
• Manage and oversee the installation of facade systems, including curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and other elements.
• Monitor project progress and budget to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction or installation process.
