About the Role:

We’re seeking a highly skilled, dependable, and creative Video Editor to join our content production team. You’ll be responsible for editing professional‑grade videos for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and more. This is a full‑time, on‑site role where consistency, creativity, and reliability are a must.

You will work with content creators, scriptwriters, and the marketing team to bring engaging stories to life. If you can’t take feedback, don’t meet deadlines, or expect to “just edit casually,” this won’t work out.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit engaging, high‑quality videos optimized for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Add B‑roll footage, overlays, and other visual enhancements.
• Apply seamless transitions, intro/outro templates, and motion graphics as needed.
• Design, time, and sync clean, readable subtitles.
• Perform professional color correction and color grading.
• Ensure all videos follow a consistent style, tone, and format.
• Organize and manage raw media and project files properly.
• Work collaboratively and communicate professionally and on time.

Requirements (Do NOT Apply If You Don’t Meet These):

• Strong portfolio showcasing real editing work (not just short clips or templates).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Solid understanding of editing rhythm, visual storytelling, and pacing.
• Basic skills in audio leveling, noise cleanup, and sound syncing.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills – must respond quickly and professionally.
• Absolutely must not ghost during projects.
• Flexible availability – work is task‑based and may come at varied hours.
• Bonus: Experience with After Effects or motion graphics.
