Experienced Baker in Multan, Pakistan

As an experienced Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods to be sold in our bakery. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensure quality control of all products, and assist with inventory and ordering supplies. Your role will require creativity and attention to detail in order to produce high-quality baked goods that meet our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of goods such as breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, etc.
• Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistency in products
• Maintain a clean work area and equipment according to food safety standards
• Monitor quality control of all products for taste, texture, appearance, etc.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Baker or relevant role
• Knowledge of baking techniques and methods
• Ability to follow recipes accurately
• Creativity in decorating and presenting baked goods
• Attention to detail for quality control purposes
• Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
• Team player with good communication skills

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Work Schedule: Full-time position with flexible hours (including weekends) as per business needs.
