Alphaconnect in Multan is seeking an experienced Baker to join our busy bakery team. You will prepare and bake a variety of breads, cakes and pastries, ensuring consistency and top quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bakery or similar environment.
• Knowledge of different baked goods and their preparation methods.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Good time management to ensure on-time readiness for customers.
• Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake various baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
• Decorate and finish products with icing, glazes, toppings, etc.
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed.
• Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure all baked goods are fresh and meet quality standards.
• Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils and work area.
• Train new bakers as needed.
