IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of Managed Security Services (MSSP) operations, maintaining high standards of service quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The position involves monitoring, managing, and optimizing daily MSSP operations, resolving technical and security-related issues, and ensuring consistent service performance across all platforms. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate operations, maintain compliance with defined frameworks, and strengthen PTCL’s position as a trusted Managed Security Services Provider. While operating under established policies and procedures, the role also requires independent judgment, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication to uphold operational excellence and customer trust.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• Bsc computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master’s preferred) Professional.
• Relevant Certifications such as Cloud , CCNA Security, CEH, CHFI, Red Teaming, Blue Teaming CompTIASecurity+, ITIL, or SIEM-related certifications will be an added advantage
• 2–4 years of experience in Cloud /Security Operations, MSSP, SOC, or IT infrastructure/Network Security role
• Hands-on experience with incident response, monitoring tools, and compliance processes.
