IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Manage administration, planning, deployment, and lifecycle management of critical enterprise integration and order management platforms, specifically Oracle OSM and IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE). The role is accountable for ensuring seamless integration across business systems, enabling efficient service orchestration, and maintaining high availability, performance, and security of the middleware and order fulfillment infrastructure. This position will support cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, support digital transformation initiatives, and align middleware operations with evolving business goals.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Management of OSM application to ensure its smooth working and 24/7 availability. Readiness of PR/DR nodes and synchronization. Also keep a close look on OSMDB to ensure smooth operations
• Any configurational change, unexpected exception resolution, timely event/alert management of OSM application. Engagement with other platforms team to provide support in context of OSM and also to find root cause of an issue/problem.
• Coordination with L1 team regarding stuck orders and backlog clearing after issue gets resolved.
• Providing assistance/support to activities related at PTCL ACE side.
• Daily timely resolution of pending incidents and requests within agreed SLA time.
