Role Overview

Think Digitally is seeking an experienced and highly‑organised Executive Assistant. This full‑time contract role provides comprehensive personal and professional support to the Director, ensuring the business and daily operations run seamlessly. You’ll act as right‑hand person, managing diverse priorities across operations, team coordination, marketing initiatives, and personal logistics. Key Relationships
  • Director: Direct day‑to‑day support across business, personal, and strategic matters.
  • Marketing Lead: Coordinate marketing initiatives and content scheduling.
  • Consultants & Coaches: Manage meetings, materials, and project logistics.
  • Vendors & Partners: Handle communications, scheduling, and follow‑ups.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the Director’s diary, priorities, and daily workflow, anticipating needs and managing time effectively.
  • Coordinate business and personal matters with discretion and care.
  • Support delivery of marketing initiatives and maintain communication with internal and external teams.
  • Draft correspondence, prepare documents, and support project logistics.
  • Maintain organised systems for meetings, files, and follow‑ups.
  • Liaise with the finance team to ensure integrity in contract and financial management processes.
  • Oversee travel, logistics, and personal commitments to ensure seamless integration with business demands.
  • Act as a trusted confidant and operational anchor for the Director, providing calm and proactive support.
About You
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or founders in dynamic environments.
  • Skilled at managing competing priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working flexibly (not a 9‑5 structure).
  • Self‑motivated, dependable, and solutions‑focused.
  • Excellent communicator — polished, professional, and emotionally intelligent.
  • Confident managing both personal and business matters with discretion.
  • Marketing or digital experience preferred (not essential).
  • Background in coaching, learning & development, or professional services is an advantage.
  • Tech‑savvy and confident with modern productivity and collaboration tools.
  • Available full‑time on a contract basis.
  • Based in Australia (preferably in Perth, WA).
