Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to lead project planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and project controls for EPC projects across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities, and Manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of EPC planning experience, with strong expertise in Primavera P6, integrated scheduling, progress forecasting, and project controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 6–10 years of planning, scheduling and project controls for EPC projects.
• Experience managing integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated, resource-loaded schedules aligned with milestones.
• Coordinate schedules across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction teams.
• Review subcontractor schedules and validate progress updates.
• Develop manpower plans and resource forecasts.
• Prepare progress reports, S-curves, and dashboards.
