Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients.
Install and configure computer systems and applications.
Maintain and update computer systems including routine maintenance.
Provide technical support for printers, scanners and other peripheral devices.
Assist with network setup and configuration.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide solutions.
Document all technical support activities for future reference.
