Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Entry-level position; on-the-job training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Physically able to lift, bend and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly, installation and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Use hand and power tools to fabricate, fit and assemble parts according to specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks on finished products.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
