Entry-Level Database Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Database Administrator to join our team in Gujrat. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our company's databases, ensuring data integrity, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for database management and a willingness to learn. The salary for this position is 1100$ per month, with accommodation provided. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain databases to ensure data integrity and availability
• Optimize database performance by implementing indexing strategies, monitoring resource utilization, and identifying areas for improvement
• Troubleshoot database issues as they arise, working closely with other team members to resolve them in a timely manner
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to ensure data is secure
• Collaborate with developers to design efficient database structures for new applications
• Create and maintain documentation on database procedures, usage guidelines, and troubleshooting steps

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong understanding of database concepts such as indexing, normalization, and query optimization
• Familiarity with SQL language and experience writing complex queries
• Experience with at least one relational database management system (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred:

• Certification in Database Administration (Oracle Certified Associate/Professional)
