This is an entry-level opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing, production processes, quality standards, and shopfloor operations. You will support day-to-day production activities, monitor targets, coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores and other departments, and ensure activities follow SOPs, safety requirements, and proper

Qualifications

DAE in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institute.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of chemical processes, production operations, and quality concepts.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in a manufacturing/shopfloor environment.
Basic MS Office skills.
Strong learning attitude and willingness to develop technical and professional skills.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day production activities and shopfloor operations.
Assist in monitoring production targets and daily output.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores, and other departments as required.
Ensure production activities are carried out according to defined SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Support quality checks and report process deviations to the concerned team.
Maintain basic production records and reports.
Assist in process improvement and productivity-related activities.
Follow safety, housekeeping, and workplace compliance requirements.
