Job Purpose

The primary goal of the Sales Support Professional is to drive the growth and efficiency of the sales function while enhancing marketing communication strategies. This multifaceted role involves supporting the development and implementation of sales planning and effectiveness strategies to boost market share and sales volume.

Major Job Responsibilities
  • Collect information and customer data to support sales teams with identification/ qualification of leads and preparation of quotations and contract.
  • To maintain daily inquiries sheet and prepare analysis reports for sales planning and management.
  • Generate and maintain high‑quality customer data and sales reports.
  • Gather and enter information into sales systems to ensure efficient and accurate data processing.
  • Gather and analyze market data to understand the competitive landscape, monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Share and clarify budgeting and sales incentive program details.
  • Compile reports and statistics for supporting sales teams in conducting business reviews.
  • Periodically update sales price tables and prepare reports and statements regarding sales efficiency.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university.
  • One (01) year of experience in the relevant field will get preferences.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skill.
