The Impact

This role plays a critical part in driving applied learning and growth opportunities across S&P Global. It provides strategic project management support for innovation enablement and learning programs, spanning company‑wide and division‑specific initiatives, processes, communications, and events. The goal is to uncover, develop, and scale ideas that align with and accelerate our strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the workflow and pipeline of program and project requests.
  • Manage initiative requests, site builds, and stakeholder needs.
  • Ensure business impact is tracked and recorded accordingly.
  • Create and maintain documentation and training.
  • Manage various intranet sites, creating content and making updates as necessary.
  • Develop and execute project and communication plans related to Enterprise Learning.
  • Deliver workshops and training aligned to Enterprise Learning’s key focus areas.
  • Assist with the implementation of technology learning application activities including hackathons, idea competitions, design sprints, panel discussions, etc.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to quickly learn and manage new software and tools.
  • Experience with design and UX.
  • Collaborative work style with ability to adapt to change, solicit input, influence, and support decision‑making.
  • Strong stakeholder management, service orientation, and high standards of excellence.
  • Excellent listener; seeks broad input and feedback; employs frequent and effective follow‑up.
  • Strong facilitation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage demos, presentations, and information sessions with clarity and confidence ensuring effective engagement and knowledge transfer across diverse audiences.
  • Strong public speaking skills and experience leading training sessions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities; ability to have multiple projects in flight at once.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project/program management within a corporate environment, preferably in a Learning & Development environment.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Solid track record developing and analyzing metrics.
  • Excellent time‑management skills, balancing multiple high priority items at once.
  • Experience project managing hackathons, competitions, events, panel discussions, webinars, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working cross‑culturally with varied colleagues in a global environment.
  • Communications/marketing experience.
  • HTML and CSS experience preferred.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally on rare occasions.
  • Flexibility to work in adjusted shifts: 5am to 2pm EST / 2pm to 11pm PST.
