Job summary

Ahdus technology in Islamabad invites a skilled Java Developer with strong Oracle development experience to join our team onsite in Bahria Town Phase 7. You will design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java technologies and Oracle databases.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of Java development experience, proficiency with Core Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Oracle PL/SQL, and the ability to optimize SQL queries and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Java development.
• Strong experience with Java Core, J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Database (PL/SQL development).
• Proficiency in SQL query optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with Git/SVN version control.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications.
• Develop and optimize database solutions using Oracle Database.
• Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
• Provide technical documentation and support.
