Job summary

Mammoth-AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer who sits at the intersection of engineering, AI, product, and enterprise customers. You will move quickly from customer discovery to production deployment, building AI-powered solutions that integrate with enterprise workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in software or solutions engineering, or similar technical roles.
• Strong programming in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Go.
• Experience building and deploying production-grade applications.
• Deep understanding of APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and software architecture.
• Direct customer or enterprise stakeholder experience.
• Excellent communication and ability to operate with ambiguous requirements.
• Comfort moving from discovery to production without separate teams.
• Strong knowledge of modern AI/LLM capabilities and limitations.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with enterprise customers to understand technical and business challenges.
• Translate ambiguous requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Design, build, test, and deploy production-grade AI-powered applications.
• Develop prototypes and POCs rapidly to validate ideas.
• Integrate LLMs, AI agents, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Build integrations with CRM, ERP, DevOps, cloud, data, and collaboration tools.
• Deploy solutions into customer environments and troubleshoot production issues.
• Own technical delivery from discovery through deployment and adoption.
• Create reusable frameworks and accelerators to reduce future deployment time.
• Participate in workshops, demos, architecture discussions, and design sessions.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers and executives.
• Identify opportunities to expand customer use cases and product value.
