Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years professional software development across multiple technologies.
• 7+ years technical leadership managing engineering teams and strategies.
• 5+ years architecting enterprise-scale distributed systems and cloud-native solutions.
• 5+ years hands-on Python and Java production experience.
• 4+ years designing and implementing AI/ML solutions.
• 3+ years architecting on Azure and AWS; 3+ years implementing REST APIs and microservices.
• 3+ years applying domain-driven design principles.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise solutions development design across multiple technology stacks.
• Lead AI/ML strategy, model deployment, and governance.
• Oversee multi-cloud strategy across Azure and AWS with cost management.
• Establish development standards, CI/CD, and secure-by-design practices.
• Communicate strategy to executives and coordinate with stakeholders.
