Job summary

Tkxel is seeking an AI Lead/AI Architect with 7+ years of experience to provide technical leadership for enterprise AI initiatives. You will define AI architectures, translate business needs into scalable AI solutions, and guide teams across data, models, APIs, and deployment in on-prem or cloud environments.

You will collaborate with product and business analysts to assess feasibility and value, while ensuring security, performance, and reliability of AI systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in AI/ML or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering enterprise AI/ML solutions.
• Experience leading AI initiatives and guiding AI/ML engineers.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI/ML architecture and technical strategy for enterprise AI initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
• Lead end-to-end AI architectures including models, data, APIs, apps, infra, and integration.
• Evaluate AI/ML technologies and recommend suitable solutions.
• Establish reusable AI architecture patterns, standards, and best practices.
• Define approaches for traditional ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents.
• Guide Data Scientists and AI/ML Engineers in model development and productionization.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to define data architecture and pipelines for AI/ML.
