Job summary

HR POD Careers is seeking an accomplished engineering leader to drive AI, software, and product development initiatives for client engagements. You will guide architecture reviews, set coding standards, and build a culture focused on quality, automation, and delivery excellence.

You will collaborate with Product Managers and clients to translate business goals into actionable engineering roadmaps, manage multi-team projects, and mentor senior engineers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering or tech leadership.

Responsibilities
