Job summary

Daraz is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to manage end-to-end AP processes, ensure accurate 3-way matching, and run weekly payment cycles for logistics and retail operations. You will act as the primary liaison for vendors to resolve disputes and variances, while performing month-end accruals and maintaining clean master data.

The role also focuses on identifying bottlenecks in P2P and supporting automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years AP experience, preferably in Retail, E-commerce or Logistics.
• Proficient in SAP/Oracle/NetSuite and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Tables).
• Strong analytical skills to audit complex bills and negotiate resolutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AP processes including processing invoices and 3-way matching.
• Execute weekly payment runs for logistics and retail.
• Act as primary liaison for vendors to resolve disputes and variances.
• Perform month-end accruals and reconcile vendor statements.
• Identify bottlenecks in P2P and support automation initiatives.
• Other tasks as assigned.
