Ciklum Pakistan is looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to join our team full-time in Pakistan. You will play a key role in leveraging Ciklum's position as an employer of choice for top talents in Pakistan and attracting in-demand skills to fuel the growth of the firm.

As part of a cross-functional development team, you will drive marketing campaigns, events, and internal communications to reinforce the brand and enhance candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, economics, journalism or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing.
• Ability to engage and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple complex projects with high attention to detail.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Empower recruiting goals with increase of candidate pipeline through marketing activities.
• Improve company's presence at job portals, thematic forums, etc.
• Budget, manage and execute in-person, hybrid and virtual events.
• Collaborate with the creative team to make activities feel consistently Ciklum-branded.
• Execute internal marketing campaigns, covering all tactical aspects.
• Enhance employee engagement by organizing internal company events.
• Brief our in-house team on all event production, design, swag, content and promotional efforts.
• Negotiate terms and manage stakeholder relationships with outside vendors within the budget - from swag production to third-party event organisers.
• Building meaningful relationships with the internal and external communities.
• Evaluate success and prepare detailed reports on conducted activities.
