Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline, with strong facilities management exposure.
• Strong expertise in facilities operations, property management, fleet administration, and vendor management.
• Ability to build trusted partnerships and manage diverse stakeholders across functions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional workplace experiences.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless delivery of workplace and employee services across Kabirwala Factory.
• Oversee facilities operations, property management, fleet management, and workplace services to create safe, efficient environments.
• Manage office facilities, expatriate residences, lease agreements, utilities, maintenance activities, and service providers.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external vendors to drive operational excellence and service quality.
• Lead workplace improvement projects, budget management, event support, safety initiatives, and service standardization.
