Job summary

Embpunch Digitizing and Custom Patches in Karachi is seeking an experienced Embroidery Digitizer (Level 3/Level 4) for our North Karachi office. This full-time, on-site role requires handling complex logos, jackets, caps, patches, appliqué, 3D Puff, and detailed embroidery designs.

You must have 3–5 years of professional embroidery digitizing experience, with strong Level 3 or Level 4 skills, and be able to work the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional embroidery digitizing experience.
• Strong Level 3 or Level 4 digitizing skills.
• Ability to handle complex logos, jackets, caps, patches, appliqué, 3D Puff.
• Knowledge of stitches, density, underlay, pull compensation, trims, sequencing.
• Wilcom software experience preferred.
• Available for full night shift and able to commute to North Karachi.

EMBPUNCH, a well-established embroidery digitizing company serving clients worldwide, is looking to hire experienced Embroidery Digitizers for our North Karachi office.

We are looking for skilled Level 3 and Level 4 digitizers who can handle complex embroidery designs professionally and maintain high-quality production standards.

Position: Embroidery Digitizer - Level 3 / Level 4

Shift: Night Shift - 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site Only

Remote/Freelance: Not Available

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional embroidery digitizing experience
• Strong Level 3 or Level 4 digitizing skills
• Ability to handle complex logos, jackets, caps, patches, appliqué, 3D Puff, and detailed embroidery designs
• Good understanding of stitch types, density, underlay, pull compensation, trims, sequencing, and production-friendly digitizing
• Experience with Wilcom embroidery software preferred
• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and turnaround time
• Must be available for the complete night shift
• Must be able to commute to our North Karachi office
