Job summary

Mammoth-AI is seeking an outbound outreach specialist to research prospect lists and craft personalised emails across US, UK, EU, and MENA markets. You will create multi-step sequences, perform A/B tests, and hand off qualified leads to the BD team.

Strong writing and CRM skills are essential for success. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, familiarity with Apollo.io, Lemlist or similar tools, and prior IT/software industry exposure.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in email outreach, cold emailing, or B2B lead generation.
• Excellent written English — clear, concise, and persuasive.
• Hands-on experience with outreach tools such as Apollo.io, Lemlist, Instantly, or Hunter.io.
• Ability to research companies and personalise messaging beyond simple mail-merge.
• Comfortable using a CRM such as HubSpot or Pipedrive.
• Prior experience at a software house or IT company is a strong plus.
• Understanding of custom software, mobile apps, or SaaS development services is preferred.
