We’re looking for a Cold Email Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our email marketing operations.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling cold email campaigns that generate leads and new opportunities.

This includes handling domains, deliverability, list building, and crafting effective outreach sequences that get real results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute B2B cold email campaigns.
• Manage domains, DNS, and inbox warm-up.
• Maintain high deliverability and sender reputation.
• Create and test outreach sequences and follow-up strategies.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimize for better open/reply rates.
• Work with the Business Development team to refine targeting and messaging.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in cold email marketing or outreach automation.
• Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm‑up, and deliverability best practices.
• Experience with tools like Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, Smart lead, Lemlist, or similar.
• Strong communication, organization, and reporting skills.
• Onsite availability in Multan.
