Qualifications

• Ability to provide Educational Consulting and guidance on Europe study pathways and institutions.
• Strong Student Counseling skills, including one-to-one advisory sessions and support throughout the application journey.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with students, families, and partner institutions.
• Experience or interest in Career Counseling, helping students align study choices with long-term career goals.
• Solid understanding of Education systems, preferably Europe higher education, admission requirements, and study routes.

Role Description

The Educational Counselor will work full time on-site at the UKEC Pakistan office in Gujranwala. This role involves providing one-to-one counseling to prospective students, guiding them through study options in the Europe, including suitable courses, universities, and pathway programs. The counselor will support students with application preparation, documentation, and timelines, while coordinating with internal teams and Europe partner institutions to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Daily tasks include conducting information sessions, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, and maintaining detailed records in CRM or other systems. The counselor will also assist with pre-departure briefings, follow-up support, and participation in events such as education fairs, workshops, and information seminars.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide effective Educational Consulting and guidance on Europe study pathways and institutions.
• Strong Student Counseling skills, including one-to-one advisory sessions and support throughout the application journey.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with students, families, and partner institutions.
• Experience or interest in Career Counseling, helping students align study choices with long-term career goals.
• Solid understanding of Education systems, preferably Europe higher education, admission requirements, and study routes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Comfort with using digital tools, CRM systems, and office software for tracking student cases and communication.
• Professional, inclusive, and student-centered approach, with a commitment to ethical and non-discriminatory counseling practices.
• Prior experience in educational consulting, international student recruitment, or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
